because cameras are not automatically allowed in court. The judge has to allow it. DUH!Why do we still use artists' rendering of defendants in court instead of cameras?
Well, I will tell you the answer the courts give. It would inhibit the parties from being fully forthcoming and increase the amount of posing people do, distracting from the case itself. Right or wrong? I can see it going both ways.
