I am thinking, hmm maybe I didn't download all the drivers? but I think I grabbed them all, I'm running XP pro SP3 and pj64 runs fine on all my other machinesIs the Biostar U8668 D motherboard a good motherboard? because i can't even render project 64 properly?

It's an ancient motherboard... if you got the cash consider buying a new motherboard. $60-75 will get you a decent one from ASUS or Gigabyte.
