depends on the size and ( no offence intended) the state of the walls, a bungalow needs no scaffolding so why not give it a go yourself with a couple of friends or relations in the summer! (if we get any)Rendered wall?

You will have to get some quotes no one can really help without seeing the property make sure you get recommended painters and at least three quotes.
